The campsite, where all are welcome but is especially ideal for families, is spacious so there is no chance of tripping over a neighbour’s tent pegs. A shower block and toilets with hot and cold water, along with washing and drying facilities are also on hand. The campsite is open from February half term until 3rd January.

If you are looking for complete peace and quiet, that back-to-nature feeling, then The Wheatsheaf Inn is a great place for camping and caravans (space and electricity hook-up for 10 tourer vans).

NOTE: We cater for small groups, families and couples. We also work in partnership with the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme, Coast 2 Coast challengers and Cyclewise on a regular basis.
